Return and Refund Policy

Return Window: You can return items within 30 days after they’ve been delivered.

Restocking Fees: We don’t charge any restocking fees.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 days once your return is approved and checked.

Return Costs: Customers need to pay for return shipping.

Return Period
We give customers a 30-day period from the delivery date to request a return for eligible items. After this time, we can’t accept returns.

This policy is subject to our Terms of Service.

To start the return process, please contact our customer care team at info@buksolo.uk. Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items should be unused
  • Original packaging must be included
  • All tags and labels should still be attached
  • Products need to be returned in their original condition

Return Instructions

  • Get in touch with us at info@buksolo.uk and provide your order number along with the reason for the return. Returns sent back without prior confirmation won’t be accepted.
  • After we confirm your request, you’ll get detailed instructions on how and where to send your item back.
  • Make sure your item is securely packed in its original packaging (if possible) to avoid any damage during shipping.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless our support team states otherwise.

Refunds
Once we get your returned package, our team will carefully check the items. If the return is approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 7 days. No restocking fees will be charged for valid returns.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email info@buksolo.uk as soon as you can. Just a heads up, once an order is in processing, cancellations can’t be made, and our standard return policy will kick in.

Wrong or damaged goods?

If you get damaged or incorrect items, we’re really sorry for the hassle. To help us sort this out quickly, please send clear photos of the issue to info@buksolo.uk. Our team will look into your case promptly and arrange for the correct replacement to be sent out.
