Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate returns for eligible items. Returns will not be accepted beyond this 30-day window.

To commence the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@buksolo.uk. All returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must remain unused and unworn
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags and labels must remain attached
  • Items must be in their original condition

Send an email to info@buksolo.uk with your order details and the reason for the return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Follow the instructions
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Pack it well
Make sure the product is packed well to avoid damage during transportation.

Refund & Exchange Info
Refunds
Upon receipt of your returned package, our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection. Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days. We do not impose restocking fees on approved returns.
Exchanges
Changed your mind and want a different item? Just reach out to us at info@buksolo.uk with the details of what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Cancellations
To request order cancellation, please contact our customer service team at info@buksolo.uk. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
