Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Buksolo! We are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a book that is damaged (e.g., torn pages, water damage) or defective (e.g., misprinted pages, binding issues), you are eligible for a return.
  • Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a book that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return.
  • Unwanted Items: We accept returns of unwanted items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
    • The book must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition.
    • The book must be free from any marks, stains, or damage.
    • The book must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • E-books or digital downloads.
  • Audiobooks.
  • Used books (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Books that have been significantly used or damaged by the customer after receipt.
  • Returns requested after 30 days of the delivery date.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@buksolo.uk or call us at +44 7537 172127 within the applicable return window (30 days for unwanted items, or as soon as possible for damaged/defective/incorrect items). Please provide your order number, the title of the book you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include clear photos of the issue.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Packaging: Carefully package the book to prevent damage during shipping. Include a copy of your original order invoice or packing slip, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: Ship the package to the following address: 40 Hanover Ave, Woodhouse, Leeds LS3 1BQ, United Kingdom You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will process your refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Timeframe: Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). If the return is due to our error, we will also refund the return shipping costs (up to a reasonable amount, as determined by us).

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
