Order Processing & Fulfillment

When you place an order, you’ll get an email confirmation letting you know it’s been received and is being prepared. Our fulfillment team needs 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order.

Once processing is done, your order will be shipped, and you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on the delivery.

UK delivery usually takes 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). All UK shipments come with free delivery.

Possible Delays

If your package is taking longer than expected, please allow an extra 3 business days (Monday-Friday) beyond the usual delivery timeframe before reaching out to us.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email info@buksolo.uk as soon as you can. Just a heads up, once an order is in processing, cancellations can’t be made, and our standard return policy will kick in.
