We currently ship to addresses within United Kingdom. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@buksolo.uk within 7 days of receiving the package. Please provide photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund.
